Why would I want an account? When life gets busy, remembering to call to schedule an appointment or request Rx refills can be hard. The Patient Portal allows you to use any of the features 24/7, 365 days a year. No more waiting until the office opens!
Is it secure? Yes, FollowMyHealth Patient Portal takes every step to make sure you can send and receive private health information in a safe, secure environment.
Can I pay my bill online? Currently, we do not offer online bill pay; however, make sure to check back in the future for updates!
Is there a fee to set up an account? No, FollowMyHealth Patient Portal is free to all of our patients!
When I send a message to my doctor, when should I expect to hear back from him? You can expect a response from your doctor within 1-2 business days. The Patient Portal isn’t designed to take the place of your face-to-face visits, so if a question is too complex or cannot be answered through a message, your physician may ask you to schedule an appointment. Please note, our doctors make every effort to check messages daily, but the portal is not for use in the case of an emergency.
Can I use the FollowMyHealth Patient Portal for emergencies? No, if you have a question that needs immediate response, please call the office at 208-367-3370. If you or someone around you is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, dial 911.
