Idaho Nephrology Associates (INA) has been practicing medicine in Boise since 1995, evolving from the first nephrology practices in town formed by Dr. Jon Wagnild and Tom Smith around 1980. Since then we have been instrumental in bringing all aspects of renal care to the cities of Boise, Treasure Valley, and all of Idaho.

Our practice goal is to improve the renal health care for all of the patients we serve and are committed to the highest standards of medical care for patients including acute kidney injury, renal replacement therapy, hypertension, kidney stones, renal transplantation and research.
