Dr. Javier Jaramillo Morales, a Panamá native

commenced his medical journey by earning his Medical Degree in Panamá. Subsequently, he ventured to the United States to pursue advanced medical training and a rewarding career.

Dr. Jaramillo Morales furthered his medical expertise by completing an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Central Florida. Building upon this foundation, he embarked on an academic journey at Vanderbilt University, where he undertook a Nephrology Fellowship and achieved a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation. During his tenure at Vanderbilt, he dedicated his research to studying lifestyle interventions for patients with kidney disease, augmenting his medical acumen.

Dr. Jaramillo Morales practiced at the University of Utah providing nephrology care to patients in Northern Utah and Eastern Idaho. He relocated to the Treasure Valley to be closer to family as his wife is a Boise native, thus combining his professional expertise with personal priorities.

Dr. Jaramillo Morales possesses a diverse range of clinical interests, including acute and chronic kidney disease, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and innovative lifestyle interventions for patients with kidney disease. His unwavering commitment to delivering personalized and compassionate care underscores his dedication to each patient’s well-being.

Dr. Jaramillo Morales enjoys practicing taekwondo, working out, and camping with his family in his time away from work.
